So disheartened to find that the weight is still not shifting. Literally doubled my daily amount of exercise over the last month with two sessions of weights a week, mega efforts to control diet, soups, vegetables, but still feeling hungry and basically losing zero weight. Losing weight is ridiculously difficult. Been trying to do this for twenty years now - bonkers. Gave up alcohol and cigarettes ten years ago. Losing weight for me is way harder than either alcohol or cigarettes. Short of starving myself I simple do not know how to do.
