Good morning. I started my health journey this past Saturday. I woke up to a sugar level of 253... the highest fasting sugar I\'d had previous to that was 179. I threw out all the food, bought healthy options and started to walk. On Monday my sugar was down to 148. Yesterday and today my sugar has been 165. My goal is to get below 100. Yesterday God gave me a neighbor who is on my same path with his diabetes and has lowered his sugar and lost a ton of weight in the process. I didnt know this feed existed on the app. So nice to see everyone up and active. Looking forward to encouraging your goals and sharing my journey. Cheers!
