Managed to crack the 10k today, the 1st day of a new challenge to do 10k everyday this month. Hopefully the good start will be maintained till the end.

Going up to 10000 steps a day after being on 6000 for the last 3 months. Hope I can achieve it. No pain no gain.

# it was a hot day in Melbourne today, was extremely hard to walk the 6000 steps. Need a beer to cool down and undo all the hard work.
