My body wanted to pick up the pace some. I’m liking this weather, maybe I’ll kick it up a notch next week.

First run since the tough mudder at the beginning of August. I’m happy with this.

Too much walking, but I’ll knock it down!

Didn’t finish without stopping. Need to focus my mind and try harder next time.

Wanted to stop at 4.5 and almost did! But I fought through it and went the whole way without stopping.
