コロナ後遺症で、なかなか体調が戻りません。\nほぼ1日寝てました。

本日は、自宅でのんびり休息。\n歩数は3548です。\n\n酸素は97に回復！相変わらず心拍数は少なめでした。\n\n8時間ほど、個人情報保護法の勉強をしました。

本日は、酸素が93と低めなので、ウォーキングはお休みしました。\n\n球麻痺がでちゃって、食事があまり食べられず、、筋肉痛がひどいので、炎症反応が上がってるのかも？\n\nポケモンGOのイベント日だったんですが、自宅でできるところだけ参加しました。
