This week changed my life in ways I never expected. Itβs been one of the hardest and most challenging weeks Iβve faced in a long time, and if youβve noticed Iβve been a little quieter or my step count has been lower than usual, thatβs why.
Even so, Iβm proud to say I still managed to claw my way to my goal of 20,000 steps every single day. This week reminded me that strength isnβt always about being at your best. Sometimes itβs about digging deep, refusing to quit, and continuing to put one foot in front of the other when everything feels heavy.
I know better days are ahead, and I know I can handle whatever comes next. β€οΈ
