Bhai logon don't let anything to stop you for your objective. It rains all day yesterday and it will be raining next 3 days. I still manage to do 12000 steps yesterday Alhumdulillah. i couldn't go outside but did Brisk walk at home. Don't make reasons be reason for change InshaAllah. Great to see you both hooking up well MashaAllah your number of steps increasing day by day šŸ„°ā¤

After taking one day rest i am back on walking Alhumdulillah. First session did 5km successfully. Remember recovery of muscles are as important as exercise. Must choose your day and relax your body to recover for next day. Well done @Raheel for your yesterday's effort.
