I was off today and took a break from my daily walks to do some running around grocery shopping and other things! It’s obvious the days I walk and then work a 9 or 10 hr shift afterwards! I still am very proud of myself for being and staying active, not to mention I’ve lost 13+ pounds in just over 2 months! I’m loving life even if it is a little crazy out there ✌️💙🙏🥰

216 I think I look heavier then I feel! Still walking up the to 3 miles at least 3 or 4 days a week! I work 2 jobs, home health in the mornings 7 days a week and convenient store clerk(asst manger) in the evenings 4 days a week! I’m really working in my eating habits!!

started a new job that requires me to be on my feet 8 to 10 hrs a shift, in retail. I\'ve eas at 224 and I\'m down to 211 in 6 wks, im stoked!
starting weight 221 want to get down to 175, that 45 lbs but one lb at a time with more water and walking. it can be done
I\'m a coffee drinker, so one of my goals for new yrs I used to drink more water. I\'ve set my alarm for 8am 11am 1pm and 4pm to fill my 24oz bottle and so far since Jan 1st I\'ve drank 4 and 5 a day. Really proud of myself considering I was drinking sometimes up to 3 pots of 6-8cups of coffee a day, down to 2 cups. Hooray Linda Lou😊😊💜🙏 Also I moved and the weather hasnt been very warm so I\'ve slacked on my.2 and 3 mile walks, but I\'ve manage one this week, better get a move on things I\'d say. NEW YEAR NEW GOALS
