Only just made it on the last day of the month... the Eagle has landed.

After having bone surgery on my foot back in November, it\'s nice to finally be able to get out walking again with my two pals. 10k done and an aching foot to follow!

Cheeky 10 mile run done today on the treadmill. Not a bad result after working a nightshift and only sleeping for 4hrs!!

Made some new friends during my walk in Colchester today! They didn\'t stick around to do the 20k steps mind!! 😂

At last a day of no rain.... Nice to get out for a quick run instead of pounding it out on the treadmill.
