Another hectic day to close the week.\n\nMorning was Back and Biceps workout 🏋️♂️ \n\nSingle arm dumbbell row\nT bar row\nBent over barbell row \nLats pulldown machine \nStraight arm cable pulldown \nSeated wide grip cable row\nSingle arm dumbbell curl \nBarbell curl \nCable hammer curl\nInclined dumbbell curl \n\nEvening did a 10km walk and by doing so completed second 5km pacer badge.\n\nGood night 🌙
