Had to pull myself to the gym for Abs and chest workout 🏋️‍♀️ \n\nAbs\n\nCrunches \nHeel touch \nFlutter kick\nKnee in and out\nLeg raise\nCable crunches forward \nCable crunches reverse \nWoodchopper \nCable oblique stretch \n\nChest\n\nMachine chest press\nPeck deck fly\nInclined dumbbell press\nInclined dumbbell fly\nHigh to low cable fly\n\nAnother day where I challenged my limit. \n\nIt has been 120 days since I have either down a workout or I have walked or run 🏃‍♂️ 5 km. Don’t know how many days I will be able to continue my streak.\n\nNow to recovery ❤️‍🩹 and sleep 😴

Today my streak reaches 879.\n\nIt was raining 🌧️ in the evening and I thought my workout 🏋️‍♀️ will get canceled. However there was a short period rain stopped and I could go to gym.\n\nToday was my legs day so after warming up, did following exercises \n\nGoblet squats \nLeg press \nLeg curl \nLeg extensions \nSeated calf leg press machine \nStanding calf raises \nRomanian dead lift\n\nFollowed by workout 🏋️ with a 2.5 km recovery ❤️‍🩹 walk 🚶‍♂️

Today was my gym break day and I completed my 4th pacer 5km badge for month of March.\n\nIt has been a memorable March in terms of activities. The temperature 🤒 has been on the rise and working out consistently is taking its toll. However trying my best to be consistent.\n\nOne funny observation I made today was people who rarely workout gives most advices.
