Holiday steps. Feeling refreshed and relaxed

I’m an icu nurse and as you can imagine... things aren’t easy at the minute. I’ve been thoroughly down in the dumps this last two weeks and my steps have taken a battering. Having said that... I’m out the other side and feeling positive again and motivated to bosh February!
