Testing limits once in a while could be a good means to restore faith in oneself. \n\nI challenged myself physically today to go for a looong jog. Usually I would be out of breath after 35-40 minutes of jog. I persisted today, by not paying attention to my screaming lungs, numb feet and wavering mind. Surprisingly my body settled into a nice rhythm after those usual 35-40 mins + 5/10 mins, maybe because it gave up on me or may be it feared I might punish it harder, if it does not fall in line. Whatever it is, I started enjoying my strides after settling into a nice rhythm and jogging at a very constant pace, there by not stressing my feet/body\n\nResults - 1 hr of pure jogging conquering about 6 miles. Best part is there is still some gas left in the tank, unlike usual panting for breath and the legs falling apart feeling! \n\nMan, faith can move mountains!
