Back after 6 months. It\'s been the 2nd worst bout of depression and anxiety that lasted so long. However, I now have the strength to push through. I\'m looking forward to better consistent days of working out. My current goal .... November 2026 Half Marathon.... Wish me luck! 👍💯😊

Back on the grind with my feet hitting pavement after a 4 month running hiatus. My time is slow, but soon I\'ll be back at my 9/10min run status. a consistent 3 days a week will get me there in no time💯... Have a great day and stay motivated!!!!
