对于跑步,在上初中的时候是惧怕的,因为那个时候总是女生800米的垫底。在7.8年前,再次跑步也是跑10分钟,停下来走一会,然后再跑,再停!今年6月,再次尝试跑步,从刚开始能跑20分钟不停歇,慢慢地能跑30分钟,接下来是40分钟,直到现在可以跑1个小时。我在进步,可能我依然还是跑渣渣渣,可是对于我来说,我在进步,而且还在坚持,这就够了。周六在学校操场,身边不乏比我跑的快的,身姿轻盈地,我其实是很羡慕的,不由自主加快了我的步伐,可能成绩在很多大神眼里不值一提,可已经是我最好的配速了。通过周六那次,我更加了解了我的身体,我适合的心率,怎么跑是让自己最舒服的状态。希望继续坚持吧[耶]\n 今天忘带运动手表,心率不得而知,不过跑着很舒服!
