I’m onto something! \nHi, after those 3 months of exercising daily like a maniac 4 days a week of functional workouts, plus 3 of all day yoga teacher training. Yes I was able to tone and trim down, not like 2 years ago.... that I was at my peak of healthy. Then mid September I stopped working out completely and gain the weight in a heart beat. Why? As we all now and as I stated 2 years ago.... 70\% is food and 30\% the workout πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ why is it for me so hard to follow a good diet!!!!! This is me today after 1 month of eating β€œbetter” but I have killed it this last 2 weeks! \nThis will be the third part of my experiment.

Hellou πŸ€™πŸ½ it\'s been though the being strict with my meals I\'m doing better but not quite this is week 2 of month 2, days go by faster than I can process everything I am and should be doing!!! \nI hope you\'re all having an amazing week so far, full of sweat and squats!

Food is key in building our bodies, as you can see I lost weight, and I look the same... let\'s see if I can buckle up, and start eating better. I started yesterday. I do see some definition in my upper abs, but my hardest areas are my arms, lower belly and inner thigh. One day at a time πŸ€™πŸ½πŸŒ΄\nLove you guys we got this

It\'s been 1 month!!!!! Since I started this challenge! \nStarting weight 127.3 to now 123.3 (this is relative because you know weight oscillates so it goes a little up and down everyday, so do use the apps daily weight log in, this way you won\'t get disappointed if you\'re a pound or 2 more 3 days from know) πŸ€™πŸ½ photo day coming soon 😨\nPS: I haven\'t been strict w my meals at all πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ why I look pretty much the same as last photos.

Si i haven\'t been tapping my daily routines like I would usually do... I\'ve been so focused and working but it\'ll be a month of daily working out Monday! So I\'ll send you some photos I don\'t know if much has changed but like everything is a process! And I haven\'t been strict with my meals. \n[*new info: Im starting a yoga teacher training tomorrow over the weekends for the next 2 months Crazy excited and nervous and all emotions at once!
