A little bit of determination goes a long way.

Finally made the conscious decision to do something for myself and it\'s paying off. This is the lightests I\'ve weighed in almost a year and I\'m ecstatic. We can do this everybody.

It may be virtual but I worked just as hard and pushed more than I would have elsewhere. My competitive side was not about to have me losing. I also ran barefooted, hadn\'t done that in a long time.
