Temporary gym, the 3.5 acres of my property. Equipment, fallen deadwood, wheel barrel, assorted loppers, electric chain saw, log splitter and fire wood stack. Warm up with 15 minutes leading dogs around the perimeter noting dead falls & inspect fence condition. 2 hour lifting and stacking wood, 30 minutes sawing and splitting wood, 30 minutes arranging wood pile. Remembering to take reasonable breaks between repetitions.
