2024..The year that was. \n\nAt times a person loses his purpose..and with that,his motivation to realise his potential too. it’s true for health also . Even after shifting to Mumbai I used to run sometimes upto 25-27 kms but participation in Marathon Runs stopped. Then I started limiting my runs to max 12-15 kms . It becomes boring when you’re running long distances alone in circles and circles on a 150 mtrs track !!! And that’s why, I concentrated on shorter runs.\n\nA chance flag off ceremony of a run changed everything!!! Once again I saw a crowd of runners and I rediscovered my purpose lost long back !!!! \n\nAfter that I hardly missed any marathon !! In all , 8 Runs , out of which 5 were Half Marathons!\n\nAnd what did I get ? A leaner , much more fit body, higher self confidence and self worth !!!! And yes , I got my hobby back!\n\nThis year target -Full Marathon earliest! All the best to me and all of you for best of health !!!❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹

Good morning friends !! Last month was good with my participation in three Runs including 27th Oct IIT Mumbai Half Marathon finished with my best ever timing !!! This month also started on a good note with preparation for the upcoming Mindspace Malad Half Marathon on 10th Nov !! Wish me luck for that !! Have a fabulous start of week and a beautiful day !! Hello all, after long spell of viral fever and weakness finally became active last month and participated in three 10 km run !! Sharing some of the pics from the last Sunday Decathlon Mumbai Run!!!
