Got some steps in with my grand pup while she took her sniff walk. She’s only four months old, and is full of energy lol.

First 10k in a while, partially due to walking this precious pup 😁❤️🙏🐾

Getting very few steps lately. Tripped and fell and broke my wrist Sept. 7 and had surgery to repair it on the 19th. The surgeon had to insert two plates and screws to stabilize by wrist and arm. Haven’t taken a walk since the fall and I can feel myself losing muscle strength as I type this (one handed). Have to have a second surgery in early December to remove the long plate thats on the top of my arm/hand :( So looking forward to the new year when this thing is healed!
