Damn! I am proud of myself. I\'ve been trying to bust my ass and I can say it\'s working!

I know I can do better but considering I was in the ER last Monday evening with back pains so bad I couldn\'t even move. This is a good days work!

I\'ve been dreading to see how much I havr gained the past few months. I was in a slump. Not giving two shits about me or my health. but barely 5 lbs is a lot better than what I thought... \n\nSo a while ago I posted my mom was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer; a tumor right against her lung. Yesterday we found out that the tumors activity level has gone down 60\% and they are agreeing to do the surgery now! [after 3plus months of chemo and radiation] The gods are good! & to everyone who told me to start funeral arrangements and get shit together - the universe is sending a big FU! My mom will make it! I never doubted her strength. \n\nOn another note, today I got an eliptical. I have not gone back to the gym. I can\'t make up my mind on if I want to or not. Kind of building my own home gym.\n\nKeep up the good work lovies✌❤👽
