Hooray the June campaign is over. I decided to leave my walk until the rain stopped, but it didn’t, so had the shortest walk (just over 5 miles) in June in the drizzle. Never mind it’s all over now, thankfully. A rest now and back to challenge in August. GLA.

Last day of the June Challenge. I’ve had my ups and downs in the month but persevered each day through rain and heat. I hope you too have enjoyed the challenge and feel inspired to keep up the good work. Well done everyone who took part.

Penultimate challenge day is over; one day left folks!!! Walked to a memorial to the Canadian troops who were stationed on Ludshott Common in WWII. On the opposite side of the A3 is a line of maple trees imported directly from Canada and planted in their honour.
