Sorry I haven’t been working out or walking much this weekend. We’ve had colds since Saturday morning. We did home tests and he was positive for Covid but I am not. I feel fine. He doesn’t. So weird.

My least favorite day 🥵

Thanks for the group invite!! Nice to see some familiar faces. This was my 4th day at the gym this week. It has been so hot here in Kansas that even the gym AC can’t keep up. It has been like a sauna. I need to get a new band for my Fitbit before Sunday so I can track steps again.

Was able to get out and enjoy the weather yesterday afternoon. These are the Baker Wetlands. Thanks Mary for the idea. I forget this area is so close by.

I didn’t make it out to the lake today but this wetland area is my 2nd favorite place to walk. I figure I better get out and enjoy the sunshine while I can!
