It’s the final day to get our steps/movement in… and the NAM 365 committee is sending you all good vibes for today! Thank you all for your participation thus far … we hope you get your “Board” walk in today… and 2,500 bonus points for any and all posts on the social feed. You are all amazing!
Step with us for the last four days of STEPtember, as Team NAM steps into our annual Fall Board of Directors Meeting in Washington, D.C. The NAM Board of Director helps to keep the NAM moving forward…. and the encouragement and hard work of our NAM team members help to make it happen. In the spirit of “moving” and supporting Team NAM as they execute an incredible meeting…from Sept. 27-30, move for a minimum of 5,000 steps a day and earn 5,000 bonus points. Hit all four days and earn an additional 10,000 bonus points. If the ENTIRE team moves 5,000 steps a day for a minimum of two of the four days – the team will earn an additional 50,000 bonus points. If your team gets all four days…an additional 100,000 bonus points.
Join the NAM 365 team who is walking to end Alzheimer's in Washington, D.C. this Saturday, Sept. 27. Whether you are in D.C. at the live event or taking steps in the fabulous state of wherever you are on Saturday...every NAM STEPtember-er who walks/moves over 5,000 steps this Saturday in support of Team NAM 365 will earn 10,000 bonus points for your STEPtember team (and there is another challenge coming, so double points it possible!) We might be on different STEptember teams, but we are all Team NAM and we are doing this together! For each day of “Keep on Movin’ Don’t Stop” if you step/move a certain amount (as per below), you’ll gain bonus points galore! o Step/Move over 5K+ steps - earn 7,500 bonus points o Step/Move 10K+ steps - earn 15,000 bonus points o Step/Move 20K+ steps - earn 25,000 bonus points o Step/Move 30K+ steps - earn 35,000 bonus points IN ADDITION…... we have a Custom Challenge within a Challenge MASTER MOVER day on Wednesday, Sept. 24 The Top Mover of the day, #1, earns 25,000 bonus points and the top mover within each set of “10” earns 15,000 bonus points. The first official day of fall is on Monday, Sept. 22. Celebrate the changing of the seasons (and rack up those points) with this fun extended weekend-long social challenge! From Saturday, September 20 – Monday, September 22, post a photo of whatever it is that gets you moving –> walking the dog, taking a bike ride, going on a hike, having a living room dance party ... it’s up to you! Everyone who participates will get 2,500 points, and the team with the most participants wins 5,000 bonus points. And, if you aren’t ready to say good-bye to summer just yet, get a SWEET BONUS by celebrating National Ice Cream Cone Day on Monday, September 22. Post a photo enjoying your favorite frozen treat (cones not required) for an EXTRA 2,500 points from Sept. 20-22!
