Well, not the Nordic one, but my own personal challenge.
My goal was to push myself to move more, taking more walks and start with strength training.
Some of the benefits I’ve felt, more energy, better sleep and feeling stronger 💪
I’ve heared that it takes 21 days to build new habits, so I’m embracing that and keeping the momentum going🙌
