Not just hitting the goal… demolishing it. My watch said 10,000, the app insisted I needed another 5,000… so we got it done! This challenge isn’t just about steps, it’s about being better, doing more, and letting an app mildly bully us into greatness.😆

It’s Day 1, and a few of you have already crushed that 10,000-step goal! 🎉 So many of you are really close. I know it’s dark 👀and cold🥶 out there, but don’t let that stop you! If you’re heading straight home, here’s a quick tip: turn commercial breaks into mini cardio breaks! It’s an easy way to stay moving, pass the time, and work toward that goal.
