Had to get out again today. 14 miles and 29,000 steps

Hazy, hot and humid but I had to do it. Finally broke the 7 mile mark barrier👍

Had to abort my standard 6.5 mile walk when after only .25 miles, the skies opened up. Lightning, thunder and a driving rain soaked me from my head down to my HOKA sport shoes. Only got I. 2.0 miles. Try again tomorrow👍

Very hot day and humid. Was tired at five mile mark

Weather was fine, a bit windy and I got my 6.12 miles in before dark.
