Happy Hump Day 😀😀😀; I had a nice run this morning —- it didn’t rain today—-first time since we got here. We were able to visit family today. Tomorrow is going to be another family day. Friday my wife is going to spend awhile with her old school friend’s So while she does that I am going to get in a run on one of the “ rails to trails ". It goes thru some cool country. Hello everyone 👋 ; tonight we’re in Pa. I ran in New Jersey this morning & that’s my 42nd state . We have seen some beautiful colors since the trees are changing. They are putting on a spectacular show !!!!! I think we have driven about 4000 miles since we left home.

I’m TIRED 🥱 . Tomorrow I will run in New Jersey & then head to Pa. for a few days to visit family. I checked off 12 states on this 10 day adventure. That makes 42 states I’ve run in so far . I hope you’re all enjoying your weekend 😀 . STAY SAFE AND KEEP MOVING

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE 😀. This morning I am in Maryland— did my run around town ( not my favorite place to run ). Trinity went with me this time—-couple of reasons I took her—1st she just needed some exercise—-2nd we are on the 4th floor and she hates the elevator. So I took her down to go potty—then we ran.
