盤點7月運動報告\n\n生活感覺更有體力與活力,肌耐力變更好,\n體重標準變化不大,倒是有增肌減脂的效果,\n健康檢查身體年齡居然28歲!\n少了10+歲也太讓人開心了吧🤣\n\n運動就會多喝水,自然達成喝水目標\n運動情緒變穩定,自然好運隨之而來\n運動就會提早睡,自然精神變好棒棒\n\n看紀錄就是走個很隨性的運動方式,\n想跑就跑,時間依影片長度心情而定,\n水瓶座本性如此,開心很重要,\n我想我會儘量調整一下,\n讓生活規律,效果應該會更好吧?。\n\n以為室內超慢跑適應了,\n200bpm心率都在第一區間,\n但跑出戶外,呼吸節奏跟不上,心率馬上爆表,\n我覺得可以增加室內超慢跑時間,\n好好深呼吸訓練肺活量。\n\n下個月的目標:\n1.運動時間與頻率規律一點\n2.讓紀錄方式更方便、無腦和統一\n3.增肌減脂餐可以多研究與備料\n4.加強心肺能力的訓練\n\n❣️提醒自己:\n跑得慢沒關係,重要的是不放棄。\n以為在跑步,其實是在練心。\n\n最後,感謝身邊所有讓我變好的好緣分,\n以及那個持續變更好的自己🤗
