We took this walk on January 14 when the weather was at-4 and the wind negligible. The trail is very nicely groomed with no significant challenges. Highly recommended for a very pleasant walk when visiting Regina

Fun ride, various trail options if you don’t wanna stick to the main path, nice views of the water, Legislative building, trees, fountains/waterfalls… probably the best “bang for your buck” ride in the city
