I would recommend this route to anyone looking for a good cardio walk. There were some small rock areas but nothing worth crying over. I felt safe enough walking by myself as a BIPOC woman and can’t wait to return with my daughter. It took me about close to an hour to complete but I was not racing nor am I in extraordinary health (have diabetes type II).
