A beautiful conservation park with many wildflowers. I saw three deer just standing and looking at me as I was walking through the woods. This park has some open area for baseball and other sports, but the best part is the wooded area which goes along the lakefront. You can see across to the capital, great views. Also hosts the Christmas light show in December. Has a great handicapped accessible playground, restrooms, picnic tables and a boat launch.
