Hello all. Just wanted to give you some words of encouragement. You can do it.

Hi all my name is Tess. I am a mom of 6 and currently at my heaviest of 245. I want to loose weight not only because dr says but because I want to be healthy for all my children and my husband who is physically fit. I was 150 when I was in the military and right now my goal is 175 which is in a healthy range for my height. I have been making baby steps and I am here to make friends and also gain news skills and get motivation when I need a kick into butt. I love hiking and have been doing that a lot lately since we are surrounded by mountains here. So hello and I look forward to getting to know you all.
