I want to take the time out to say thank you all for including us within your day. We have pathed 1/3 of the year already. The goal now is to make it to that half way point stronger than ever. That’s why we shall make April Reign. Remember we also are here to motivate one another; hence the groups name. I did not reach my goal yesterday, 😢 I hope everyone else did. I say this to ask you ALL , When life requires you to be physically stagnant what are some things you do to keep active? Not due to physical reasons but those actual times you’re unable to get to the gym, or even for us who are not affiliated with a gym. How do you try to keep physically active enough to make that 6-10 thousand step count?
