Cosmos bipinnatus, commonly called the garden cosmos, Mexican aster or cosmea, is a medium-sized flowering herbaceous plant in the daisy family Asteraceae, native to the Americas. The species and its varieties and cultivars are popular as ornamental plants in temperate climate gardens

Buxus, commonly known as boxwood, is a genus of around 70 species of small trees and shrubs with broad leaves. Native to Asia, Europe, Africa, and parts of the Americas, boxwoods are one of the oldest known garden plants, dating back to 4000 BC. They are known for their dense, upright, pyramidal shape and deep green foliage. Boxwoods can tolerate a range of soil conditions, but prefer well-drained, nutrient-rich, organic soil with full sun to partial shade.
