Hey friends! 👋✨ I hope your new year is off to a great start! 🎉 I don’t know about you, but I cannot wait for winter to be over so I can get back outside for walks 🚶‍♀️🌤️. Hey friends! Merry Christmas! 🎄 Let’s be honest — the holidays are the perfect time to unapologetically enjoy our favorite foods. I never restrict myself this time of year, but I do try to balance things out by finding fun ways to get in some extra steps. Head to the mall instead of shopping online, put up decorations, tackle an end-of-year cleaning project, or wander through an outdoor Christmas market. Anything to help work off those gingerbread cookies! 😊 Wishing everyone a joyful and cozy holiday season!🎄
