Ahhhh! I missed yesterday by like 35 steps bc I was being so present I forgot to check my step count!? Womp womp! Just a friendly reminder that your streak will not be broken by missing up to two days a week! I didn’t want to miss yesterday, but rest is just as important as the work we put in!- so stay present, and keep those steps up!!
