Hey guys!! In case anyone didn’t know, each week (every 7days) you get 2 “freeze” days! This means you won’t break your streak if you don’t hit your 10k steps. Obviously the goal is to hit it daily, but it’s important to understand that we are human and you may miss some days!? Excited to keep this train on the tracks and heading forward full speed ahead!!
