I started this walking group to help us stay motivated, active, and consistent together, and I truly appreciate everyone who joined from the beginning. As the group continues to grow, I’ve decided to open it to the public so we can build a more active and supportive walking community. This will bring in new walkers, more motivation, and more participation in our monthly challenges. Nothing changes we’ll still have affirmations, walking locations, fitness tips, and challenges. I’m excited to grow this space into a positive wellness community for everyone! Let’s keep moving together 🚶🏾♀️✨
