The ACV cleanse was challenging, so I ended it a day early. It’s always good to listen to your body when doing anything! I’m down over 5 pounds and most importantly, starting to feel the benefits. Next up, continue on Weight Watchers for tracking through the holiday festivities and the start the 30-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse. Hope everyone is meeting their goals!!
