I really had to press this evening to do my 5000 steps and keep my streak alive, on top of having done a strength training workout this afternoon. But with the help of an episode of The Pitt, I was able to get it done. I’m looking forward to jumping up the leaderboard when I walk on 18 hole golf course on Wednesday.
