Hello folks! I’m adding Pacer to my new daily commitment together my health in order as my #1 priority! This is doctor’s orders after spending a week in the ICU a month ago. My A1C was 16 (off the charts) then. Now it is 13.. But I still have a long way to go. Triglycerides of 5000 put me in the hospital but they were able to fix that mostly. Am down to 460 now.. Really watching my food choices and always take photos of my plates. Yes I eat with chop sticks but only because it slows down my eating and creates a mindfulness about it.
