Stop putting it off. The task you are dreading—be it a workout, a change in diet, or a tough conversation—will not get easier later. Build your willpower to push through resistance and act now. Because of our phones, we always have the ability to jump out of ourselves to escape that resistance. But unless you learn how to be in your head, you’ll never learn how to create. So, keep your eyes on your own paper. The goal is not to beat someone else’s life, but to live your own. When negative thoughts start to spiral, activate. Action breaks the spell and changes your state. Move your body. Go outside. Prioritize walking more. Aim for that 10,000 steps-a-day goal as a simple, effective way to reclaim your focus. If all you can walk is a few thousand, that's okay, too—just keep challenging yourself. I believe in us. We Keep Kissing Life, Kevin
