I am happy to share my recognition for achieving the highest number of steps (1st Place Winner with 5,211,483 steps) among CS Technical Support Department employees. These are the fruit of my hard work for the past 6 months competition. Though it was originally 3 months and 12 days only. I lose 5kg after 6 months. Though I am not overweight nor underweight. It is an honor to be the first CSTSD Health Ambassador from our department. May this recent competition be an inspiration for those who want to become healthy by just walking at least 10k steps every day. Also by eating nutritional foods and drinking 8 glasses or more of water everyday. Walking is the most basic exercise without using any equipment. You just need a good pair of shoes, comfortable shirt and shorts or pants. Have a happy walking. Have a healthier lifestyle by doing it today not tomorrow. Walk after work! Cheers!
