With time, our feet grew dustier—yet our thoughts grew cleaner— —because we chose to 'Think Well' Our feet are dusty, yet our nails remain clean. And since nothing can destroy iron but its own rust, then a healthy mind is essential for a healthy life. Congratulations to everyone, Keep Thinking Well.

28 days of pushing for 10k steps a day; what a journey. Our bodies were challenged, our discipline tested, and our determination proven.
