Honestly, I'm a little worried. Will I make my steps today? I have been needing to sit down to finish things and now it's snowing haha. Don't get me wrong, let it snow! I'm just concerned that I may have to walk back and forth this home. lol π Be safe, Washigntonians.

I'm grateful for the Tacoma Running group that helped us get out today. The goal for today is simple: 10,000 steps. Don't let the snow stop you. Don't let yourself stop you. If you didn't make it yesterday, that doesn't mean that you can't make it today. Take it one step at a time.
Listen, I'm happy you have taken this challenge. It's gonna be fun! This is about practicing rest, while pushing yourself to stay active. I believe we can do both things. If you are a big competitor, let me hold your hand and tell you, it's okay for other people to have more steps than you π€£ Don't be trying to hard and start messing your sleep routine trying to make one more step than someone else. The goal is for us to encourage one another and challenge ourselves to stay active while inviting others to walk with us. At the same time, just to also keep it fun π€ we will have a prize for the most stepper in the February Challenge. Anyways, that's all. Remember we start February 1, so if you want a friend to join you share the challenge code with them.
