I am learning that we need to have a motive, a why, a purpose. To lose weight, to tone, to get healthy, feel confident, whatever your motive is hold on to it and remember it on the hard days. Some days are easier then others, but on those hard days when you feel tired, weak, insecure your motive will give you strength. Remember don’t rush the process, one step at a time. Walk off the negative thoughts, walk off the “I can’t do it”, fight through it and you will soon be walking off the weight.
It's okay if you aren't on track with your steps a week or two, as long as you find the motivation and determination to get back at it. It's important to keep in mind your goals and why you set those goals. Don't stop keep stepping!
