Hi, I just downloaded this app because I thought walking would be an easy way for me to shed a few pounds. I'm looking for any other slow pace exercises that could help me bring my belly in a little. I have a few health issues that course me pains in my joints but that's something I can push through, the problem I have most of the time is My asthma so if you have any suggestions let me now :)
