today i increased my treadmills incline from 2.5 to 5.5 and the speed from 1.5 to 2.5 and im feeling it a bit but its a good feeling and i went for 20 minutes by next month i want to be at 3.0 speed for at least 30 minutes going from 300 pounds to 240 and still working towards my 200 pounds weight goal and of course the no carb diet low to no sugars its challenging with the gym work outs some days i dont have energy to gym but im getting through these tough days how many others feel this some days?
