Gracias a los 3 me avisaron registrar grupo!!!! Tengo que ir rehabilitación y por eso no camino, mucho pero hago otras cosas! Voy visualizando el ritmo grupo no se preocupen. Caminar, nadar, 🏊 correr y ejercitar la mente es esencial para obtener vitalidad presente y para futuro!
