Starting a little diary on here to be posting my food diaries with you all. Been on a keto diet and intermittent fasting these last two weeks and I can definitely attest to the fact it works. I’ve lost 4 kgs so far. But who knew you could miss sugar and carbs this much 😩? Cookies and ice cream, cakes, pizza 😭 it’s all too much. My only exception to have carbs is allowing myself to have fries of Fridays only for lunch at work, otherwise, nothing else. The first week is easy enough, the cravings were there but not anything you couldn’t handle. Week 2 is when you don’t crave them as much but you lose a lot of water weight. I’m no dietician, but, I think moving forward, I may keep up the lifestyle of cutting off carbs. I’d love too see what you’re all up to as well, whether you’re on a diet, walks, runs, let’s keep up and keep rooting for each other. Yesterday’s lunch was spinach, chilli cabbage me beef. 🥬 🥩
