Hey team! I just realized that this challenge is both collective *and* individual — we all need to reach the total number of steps to succeed. Recent research shows that **7,000 steps a day** is excellent for overall health. Unlike the 10,000-step myth, there isn’t much added benefit beyond 7,000. So, to keep things realistic and motivating and to keep our profession I have modify the challenge by doing the math: **7,000 steps/day × 32 days = 224,000 total steps.** Whether you’re getting in 1,500 or 18,000 steps a day, what matters most is that you **move at your own pace**, based on your energy, needs, and reality. **Let’s keep it up, team! 💪🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️**

Les recherches récentes montrent que **7000 pas par jour** suffisent à avoir un excellent impact sur la santé globale. Contrairement au mythe des 10 000 pas, les bénéfices n’augmentent pas vraiment au-delà de 7000. Donc, pour maintenir notre objectif réaliste et motivant et conserver notre progression, j’ai calculé et modifié le défi : **7000 pas/jour x 32 jours = 224 000 pas au total.** Peu importe si vous en faites 1500 ou 18 000 par jour, l’important c’est de **bouger à votre rythme**, selon vos envies, vos besoins et votre réalité.
